Undelivered is a game made by AI Mobile Studio. Installing it means you agree to these terms, which are short because the arrangement is simple.

It is fiction

Every case is invented. The people in them do not exist, the events did not happen, and any resemblance to a real person, business or place is coincidence. The phones you open belong to characters, not to anyone alive. Nothing in the app is instruction, advice or encouragement to read a real person's phone, which is a crime in most places and a betrayal in all of them.

The free case and the subscription

The first case is free and complete. Every case after it is part of a subscription, sold through the App Store as a monthly or yearly plan. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency, and that is the price you pay.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings, not in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you have paid for runs out.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. We cannot issue them ourselves.
• New cases are published on a regular schedule, but a specific number of cases in a given period is not promised. If publishing were to stop, every case you have already downloaded stays playable.

What you may do

Play the cases, on your own devices, for your own enjoyment. Cases you have downloaded stay on your device and work offline for as long as you keep the app installed.

What you may not do

• Copy, publish, sell or redistribute the cases, their text or their images.
• Reverse-engineer the app or its server, or use either to gain access you have not paid for.
• Use the name Undelivered, or the cases, to present your own work as ours.

Ownership

The app, the cases and everything in them are owned by AI Mobile Studio or licensed to it. Playing them gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to do exactly that, and nothing more.

No warranty, limited liability

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with a particular device. To the extent the law allows, AI Mobile Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the app, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can stop at any time by cancelling the subscription and deleting the app. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. Neither ends any right to a refund Apple may separately grant.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where AI Mobile Studio is established, without displacing any consumer protection you have where you live.
